We remind you that, as also clarified by ENAC portal, paying in order to download the QR Code from the d-flight portal is mandatory for all drone operators except those that weight less than 250 grams and are used for recreational purposes. Operators in possession of old declarations are also included in the obligation (those registered before the activation of the d-flight services), they will not have to repay rights to ENAC but they will need a QR Code for each of their drones.
