The results of the 2020 Research of the Drones Observatory were presented in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano. The occasion allowed to highlight how the drone market has, in this delicate pandemic phase, highlighted and intercepted the need to offer new services.
The monitoring of the population or the need for fast and efficient deliveries have, for example, clearly demonstrated the potential of this technology which, in the presence of stable regulatory contexts, will certainly bring great benefits to companies and public organizations.
In this scenario, D-Flight, with Stefano Giovannini, presented the activities of the platform and outlined the future scenarios for integrating traditional air traffic with that of drones, specifically representing the experimental experience of the D-Flight Support Desk, coordination service and monitoring between ENAV's core activities and those of unmanned traffic management.
